    • In rare cases where BookMyTirth needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule their trip without any additional charges.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted either via email or through our customer service portal within 7 days of cancellation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited using the same payment method used during the original booking.
