2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation:
    • A booking is confirmed only when full payment or a deposit is received, and a confirmation email or booking receipt has been sent to the customer.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards, net banking, or other available payment methods.
  • Deposit:
    • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the trip package. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

  • Package Pricing:
    • Prices for trip packages are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in service provider costs (hotels, transportation, etc.). However, once your booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed.
  • Inclusions:
    • Our package prices typically include accommodation, transportation, meals (as specified), and guided tours. Any additional services will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
  • Exclusions:
    • The price does not include personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, optional excursions, or other items not specifically mentioned in the package details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • BookMyTirth Cancellations:
    • In the rare event that we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule their trip.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved and will be made using the original payment method.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes by Customer:
    • Customers can request changes to their bookings (e.g., date changes) up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure without incurring additional fees, subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of departure may incur extra charges.
  • Changes by BookMyTirth:
    • BookMyTirth reserves the right to alter itineraries or trip details due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures, or local regulations. We will notify customers of such changes and, where possible, offer alternative arrangements.

6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

  • Identification and Documents:
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and any necessary travel documents (passports, visas, permits, etc.) before the trip begins. BookMyTirth is not responsible for any customer being denied entry or travel due to improper documentation.
  • Health and Fitness:
    • Customers must ensure they are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the trip, especially for activities like trekking or long-distance travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed before the trip.
  • Travel Insurance:
    • We highly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings. BookMyTirth is not responsible for any losses due to a lack of insurance.

7. Liability

  • Third-Party Services:
    • BookMyTirth partners with third-party providers for services like transportation, accommodation, and meals. While we strive to select reliable partners, we cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions, including delays, cancellations, or quality of services.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • In no event shall BookMyTirth’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the booking. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, loss of enjoyment, or personal injury.

8. Force Majeure

BookMyTirth is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption of services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or government regulations.

9. Conduct and Behavior

  • Respect for Local Customs:
    • Customers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and regulations at all destinations. Any behavior that disrupts the trip or causes harm to others may result in the customer being removed from the trip without a refund.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by BookMyTirth representatives and third-party service providers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of services.

10. Privacy Policy

BookMyTirth values the privacy of its customers. We collect personal data (such as names, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purpose of providing our services.
